What we manufacture
Filter cartridges
Finished inserts built to your housing — frame, media and assembly. This is the part most brands actually reorder every month.
Carbon media
Coconut-shell and coal-based, as loaded foam, pad, mesh or paper. Strong on organics, dissolved colour and general polishing.
Zeolite media
The polar adsorbent. Where ammonia and ammonium are the target, zeolite does what carbon does comparatively poorly.
White filter wool
Mechanical stage. Cut, rolled or assembled into the cartridge alongside the chemical media.
Foam
Open-cell sponge, plain or carbon-loaded, at the pore grade your flow rate needs.
Activated carbon paper
For industrial water duty, where a thin carbon-carrying sheet suits the housing better than granules.
Carbon and zeolite are not competing answers. Carbon handles organics; zeolite handles ammonia. A cartridge that has to do both is a construction question, not a media-selection question — which is the part we are useful for.
Two water duties, not one
Our water-side work splits into drinking water treatment and industrial water treatment, and aquarium sits alongside them rather than inside either. The materials overlap; the specifications and the documentation do not, so tell us which you are building for.
Materials we source rather than make
Some aquarium cartridges call for ion exchange resin, GFO (iron-based phosphate removal), phosphate removal media or copper removal media. These are available through our supply partners and we can build them into a multi-layer insert we produce — but we do not manufacture them ourselves, and we would rather tell you that up front than let you find out later.
Practically it means we publish no performance data for those four, and specification questions go to our technical team rather than being answered from a datasheet.
