Converting & Custom Filter Manufacturing

Custom Manufacturing · OEM

One supplier from adsorbent to finished part.

Sourcing a carbon supplier, a nonwoven supplier, a laminator and a die cutter separately means four quotes, four lead times and four places for a tolerance to drift. We make the media and convert it in the same plant.

Send a drawing, dimensions, or the part you buy today. Feasibility is confirmed after specification review — we will tell you when something is outside what we run.

Converting

Step 01

Slitting

Step 02

Lamination

Step 03

Die cutting

Step 04

Pleating & framing

Slitting

Roll goods cut to your working width, up to 2 m. Roll length is set by media thickness — we quote the combination your line can actually load.

Lamination

Carbon media bonded to foam, nonwoven, HEPA or a second adsorbent so it arrives as one part instead of a stack you assemble.

Die cutting

Pads, discs, rings, slots and custom outlines cut to your drawing. Adhesive backing and rounded corners on request.

Pleating & framing

Pleated packs built into panel, header, V-bank or pocket formats in paper, plastic or metal frames.

Cartridge assembly

Cylindrical and honeycomb cartridges filled with granular, spherical or impregnated media to the loading you specify.

Composite construction

Two or three adsorbents in one build — carbon for mercaptans and solvents, zeolite for ammonia — sized to the depth available.

The commercial argument is simple: you should not have to coordinate the carbon, the substrate, the laminate and the cut yourself — or absorb the tolerance stack when four vendors each hit their own spec.

What arrives at your dock

Roll & sheet media

For converters running their own cutting and assembly.

Quoted by width, thickness, carbon loading and annual volume

Converted components

Die-cut and laminated parts, packed to your count and carton spec.

Quoted from a drawing, dimensions or a sample

Finished filters

Framed, pleated, bagged or cartridge assemblies ready to fit.

Quoted from dimensions, airflow and pressure-drop limit

What to send for a quotation

All of it helps; none of it is required to start. A photo of the part you use today is usually enough for a first answer.

  • Dimensions — or a drawing, or the existing part
  • Target contaminant — ammonia, mercaptans, VOCs, formaldehyde, or a description of the odor
  • Airflow and pressure-drop limit
  • Media thickness, GSM and carbon loading, if already specified
  • Substrate and any flame-retardant requirement
  • Annual volume and sample quantity
  • Packaging — count per bag or carton, labeling, private label

Materials available for conversion are listed under filter media and adsorbents, including zeolite media where ammonia is the target contaminant. For what the plant runs beyond these lines, see the full production range and the factory.

Send your drawing

We come back with feasibility, a recommended construction and a price at your volume. Samples are free; shipping is confirmed per request.
