For our three hero product lines — cat litter filters, trash can & compost bin filters, and fan filters — samples ship from U.S. stock, typically within 3–5 business days. For HVAC, industrial, or specialty filtration products, samples are produced and shipped from our factory in China; lead time is quoted per request.

Samples are always free. Shipping is not included and is confirmed per request. Submit your quote/sample request for shipping details.

All bulk/production orders are manufactured at our factory in Nantong, China and shipped directly from there — a separate shipment and timeline from your U.S. sample. Standard cross-border lead times apply; we'll confirm exact timing when we quote your order.

MOQ varies by product and customization level. Tell us your target volume in a quote request and we'll tell you exactly where you land.

Payment terms are confirmed as part of your quote based on order size and customization. Ask your sales contact for current terms.

Yes — we've already produced fully private-labeled retail packaging for our cat litter and fan filter lines. Packaging, branding, size, and material density can all be customized.

Yes, PDF spec sheets are available for our hero product lines and can be provided for custom projects once specs are finalized — ask your sales contact.
