Pressure drop only means something with its test conditions attached. If your module runs at a different face velocity or thickness, tell us the airflow and we work it out for your build.
Why this is usually the right choice
Forms into anything
Cuts, folds and pleats without cracking. Die-cut to an outline or pleated into a frame.
Widest thickness range
1 mm for a thin adhesive pad, 30 mm for a deep-bed cartridge. Nothing else covers both ends.
Cost-controllable
Carbon loading and thickness move independently — a weekly disposable and a six-month cartridge run on the same line.
Most pet deodorizing products should start here, not with ACF. Breathability is better, the range is wider, cost is easier to control.
Used for die-cut pads in hooded and automatic litter boxes, liners for waste bins, and the carbon stage in enclosure air modules.
