Carbon ≥80%, benzene ≥32%, 1200 g/m² at 5 mm. Cloth-wrapped if shedding matters.

Micropores open at the fiber surface, so adsorption is fast and the layer stays thin.
Thinnest build
ACF grades run SY-1000 to SY-2000 — iodine 850–1800 mg/g, surface area 900–2000 m²/g. Higher is not automatically better.

Which carbon, and in what form, is set on the activated carbon filter media page. Where ammonia is the target, zeolite carries that part of the load. Turning any of it into a bonded pad, a pleat pack or a framed cartridge is converting & custom filter manufacturing.
