The Facility Behind Carbotopia
All Carbotopia products are manufactured by Nantong Senyou Carbon Fiber Co., Ltd., our parent company and manufacturing partner in Nantong, China. Founded in 2003 with carbon technology R&D dating back to 1994, the facility spans roughly 20,000 m² and is dedicated specifically to activated carbon fiber and filtration material production.

Quality Control
Every production line runs through an in-house lab and QC checkpoint before goods ship. The facility is ISO 9001 (quality management) and ISO 14001 (environmental management) certified, covering activated carbon fiber, filter cloth, and filtration product manufacturing. R&D
The factory maintains an active research partnership with the Institute of Carbon Fiber Application Research at Nantong University, and holds an invention patent covering a filter cartridge device — evidence this is a materials-science operation, not just a contract assembler.
Two-Track Fulfillment
Samples for our three hero product lines (cat litter filters, trash can & compost bin filters, fan filters) ship immediately from U.S. stock. Everything else — bulk orders, and samples for HVAC/industrial/specialty products — ships directly from this facility in China, on a normal cross-border timeline. See FAQ for current lead times.
